Consultation room: 6 places available for consultation for study and research purposes by reservation.
Opening times: Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m..
Booking: The booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to the address:
Possible cancellation by 9 am on the fixed day. The email with the subject: "CONSULTATION ROOM" will contain personal data, the day, the time of arrival and the required document (maximum 3 documents). The user will receive a confirmation email.
Access will take place in compliance with health and hygiene regulations and through social distancing. The use of a surgical mask and the compilation of the self-certification will be mandatory. It will be possible to put the documents "on deposit" for only 5 days. In the absence of other requests, the Management will evaluate the possibility of extending the deadline for another 5 days. The volumes on open shelves will be picked up by the staff and delivered to the consultation room.
Suspended services: until further notice, at the moment, it will not be possible:
- access with your own books
- use the computers of the Library
- request other documents on site, in addition to those requested remotely
- request photocopies and scans on site
